21st Century Fox has strengthened its partnership with the Women’s Sports Foundation (WSF) with the release of a free “Battle of the Sexes” curriculum guide for the classroom.

At the American Australian Association’s 2017 Benefit Dinner last night in New York City, 21st Century Fox Executive Chairman Lachlan Murdoch was honored for his achievements in furthering American-Australian business relations. The annual dinner raised nearly $2 million for AAA’s Education Fund and celebrated this year’s 17 Fellows.

21st Century Fox and Give a Note Foundation honored the legacy of “American Idol” this summer by asking students, parents and the general public to nominate exceptional music educators as “Music Education Idols.” This week, 21CF and Give a Note are highlighting the importance of music education in schools by awarding 20 “MusicEd Idols” $1,000 grants for each of their school’s music programs.

On Feb. 18, 21st Century Fox and the National Geographic Channel launched a new social media campaign to drive support and awareness for girls' education. The initiative extends through March 10, giving viewers the chance to celebrate this year's International Women's Day by taking part in the campaign and contributing to the education of the more than 60 million young women who are out of school around the world.
