21st Century Fox walked away from the 22nd Annual Critics’ Choice Awards, hosted at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, with 12 awards – six for film and six for television.

When all was said and done, 21st Century Fox walked away from the 68th Emmy Awards with 27 awards across its businesses. FX Networks took home 18 Emmys on its own, setting a new record for basic cable, thanks in large part to “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.”

Social Impact

On March 9, the Fox | HBCU Media Alliance wrapped the “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story” historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) screening and Talk Back Tour. The multi-city tour was headlined by members of the cast from the FX Networks hit series, including Cuba Gooding, Jr., Sterling K. Brown, Courtney B. Vance and director John Singleton, all of whom participated in dynamic conversations that touched on the issues relevant to the series’ themes of race, celebrity, discrimination, police corruption and sexism.

FX's "The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story" will reveal a side of the O.J. Simpson trial you’ve never seen before. Based on Jeffrey Toobin’s book "The Run of His Life: The People v. O.J. Simpson," the new limited series will premiere on FX on Feb. 2, at 10 p.m. EST.
